I guess they call it something different when you have to go off and find tutors for the different subjects. Either that, or the people that live around here like making up words. XD
Anyways. I'm going to be 'hometutored' (seriously is that a word) until the end of this year (started sometime in February or so ??? ), and I think some of you guys are homeschooled as well if I remember correctly. I sort of started this thread for opinions on it and amusing stories from it. 8F
I think it works relatively well for me. I know I've only been doing it for a couple of months, but hey. I think I'd sort of prefer to go to school, myself, but at least this way I don't have to go through all sorts of awkward whatnots with the administrators. XD; I've only had like one issue with not getting the same information as they did in class. ...That was today, actually. It's kind of amusing in hindsight. XD Apparently the teacher had the class watch a couple of videos, and she put stuff from them on the test.
First time I've wound up writing a note of "Surely thou dost jest" on a test, that's for certain. 8F
(Tutor: -reading paper- You didn't put any swears on this, right? Just Shakespeare? o_O; )
So yeah. XD Comments? Amusing stories? Shakespeare and swears? Sentence fragments as questions? -bricked-
