Yep, simple topic... what's your favourite art medium? xD when I'm thinking art I'm personally thinking of drawing, painting, sculpting, etc.. such art, not musical /writing/acting or similar, but feel free to discuss it too I am personally starting to get really fond of ink of all kinds, just bough a few bottles of colourful acrylic ink I can't wait to try later on... anyone got any experience with those or what do you prefer to work with?

I PREFER TO WORK WITH MY PENCIL BV...
.. followed up by inking pens, copic markers, and watercolour paints. And my tablet.

For drawing, I prefer digital. XD
Buuuut. My favorite art medium is jewelry making. I get really pulled into it, like anyone who is really into whatever they're doing, and I'm /good/ at it. =D Honestly, I would love to make it a professional thing. I enjoy it that much and I know I could do it if I could just get it off the ground.

hellokattie.deviantart.com/gallery/26198334 =) <3 I don't do wire or metal work or anything like that. Not really my cup of tea. Believe it or not, I'm not very fond of drawing on paper. Although I do like to doodle on paper occasionally..

Pencil, digital, or paint (acrylic or oil) for me, I guess. XD I use other mediums, but I don't really consider myself very good in them, you know?
And just to be a derp and start throwing around non-visual-art discussions, music-wise I prefer to freestyle on a flute or sing, though I don't seem to be doing that much lately because confidence. ^^;
Also, Vittring, since you mentioned dA accounts, mind if I ask for your username on there so I can stalk you? I know you said you're not very active on there but still

amaramow.deviantart.com/8F Although, those traditional drawings are so out-of-date by now.. I need to get some real stuff in there. And get some photos of my paintings.

opti -- I've never got to try oil paint :c is it hard? Takes a lot longer than the other mediums and is rather hard to clean up, but it's not too hard. It's at a sort of medium level of difficulty in my opinion - not exactly easy, but not something I dread for any reasons I didn't list up there. XD However, I don't do it often due to those things, so... >_> <_< XD Also, since everyone else was dropping theirs: optimistic-semi-goth.deviantart.com/ and www.furaffinity.net/user/aexxys/ . Hmm, Sheezyart. I was considering getting an account on there just because, but I wasn't sure. I know this isn't the Various Art Sites topic, but would you mind if I ask if you have anything to say about the place? Like, whether you think it's worth getting an account on? :3

.. I actually quit sheezyart because they had a bitchfit over the nipple mococle thing. :I It was marked as adulted, even, and they said the "thumbnail" was inappropriate even though it was automatically focused on the monocle. :I I like deviantart more anyway.

Yeah, I remember you saying that. ._O Would there have been any way to change the thumbnail, anyways? Honestly, that was part of the reason I stopped being so sure I might get an account on there eventually. XD; So yeah.

What? They did? I didn't know about that o__o ...why would it be inapropperiate if it was marked as adulted anyway? It's not even... like, erotic or well everybody knows the nipple monocle is the hottest acessory ever ((; but I think I've seen nude posing furries around that have give away a more "inapproperiate" look, in that case ah well. I haven't been much active so I don't have that much experience about SA yet but I personally dislike dA, so I'm choosing SA over dA anyway. It's a lot smaller an not at all as fancy as deviantart, but it is alright, I haven't personally bumoed into any problems and people seem generally nice. I'm just a bit confused about the fact that you doesn't seem to be able to browse all previously uploaded artwork by all users (only freshly uploded shows up in the browse section?) but idk it's alright, works for me for the moment (; even though I'm not that active at all as long as you don't have any monovle nipples to start a fight with you could give it a try to check it out anyway if you're curious? Just delete & abandon if you decide you don't like it after all

I joined SheezyArt too. ( Not that you don't already know that. ) xD Although I really only did it for entertainment's sake, I'm enjoying it so far.
It IS kind of confusing at first. :3 But given some time things make sense.
